🔁 Returns
We offer an easy return policy within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
- The product should not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
📦 Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn products
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Wrong product delivered
To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
🚚 Return Shipping
- Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer
- In case of defective/wrong product, we will cover the shipping cost
❗ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
